Return Policy
Every SAMA piece is made in limited quantities with care and intention. We want you to love what you receive, so please read through our sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
We accept returns in these situations:
01. Wrong size
If the size doesn't fit, we'll arrange a size exchange subject to stock availability.
02. Defective item
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace or exchange it, no questions asked.
What to keep in mind:
- We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Sale and promotional items are final sale — no exchanges.
How to start a return:
Reach out to us at contact@wearsama.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective. We'll review and get back to you.
Please do not send items back before receiving approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for verified defective items. We recommend using a trackable service — we're unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
