Return Policy
At SAMA, each piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities. We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing an order.


We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
01. Size-related issues
If the size received does not fit, customers may request a return for size exchange only, subject to stock availability.

02. Defective or faulty items
If the item received has a manufacturing defect, customers may request a return for replacement or exchange.

03. Important Conditions

*Refunds are strictly not permitted. All approved returns will be processed as an exchange only. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

*Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including original tags, packaging, and any accompanying accessories.

*Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.
Sale items, promotional items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Process
Customers must contact our customer service team with:
1. Order number
2. Reason for return
3. Clear photos (required for defective items)

All returns are subject to review and approval before being sent back.
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect.
SAMA is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

SAMA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
